Property Viewings Representatives, Variable Hours

Due to exceptional demand for our investment service, we are looking for several viewing representatives to assist with sourcing properties for our investment portfolio.

You will be conducting viewings on potential investment properties, within South or East London (depending upon your location), and providing us feedback. You will be given a list of properties and required to contact the estate agent to organise a time and date to visit the property. Once you have visited the property, you will need to feedback via a form.

Training will be provided.

• Flexibility essential - we need representatives for a variety of days including evenings and weekends
• Confidence is essential - you need to be comfortable on the phone
• Local knowledge of South or East London would be advantageous
• Own transport is desirable

The pay for this work is £30 per viewing. You will be reimbursed for all calls.

An iPhone\smart phone is important for the role.

Work starts ASAP.
